The utilisation of Velux roof windows create a room of your choice i.e. bedroom, study, hobbies room etc, where sufficient headroom is available within the existing roof space and where clients do not wish to alter the profile of the existing roof.

Velux windows are available in a range of sizes to suit personal requirements, internally with either a white UPVC finish or natural timber finish.

The dormer option is recommended for those who wish to create a greater percentage of walkable, usable floor area. This option can also increase the possibilities for the siting of the new flight of stairs.
